Janet Daley

is a ministry leader at Discovery Church, Weymouth, Massachusetts.  Janet coordinates special needs ministry and Vacation Bible School.  Her passion is kids and the team she is part of provides the best ministry to the kids that plug into their church and the many ministries they offer to their community.  


Melva Davidson

has been involved in children's ministry since 1998. She successfully completed intensive children’s ministry training at the Child Evangelism Fellowship Institute in Warrenton, Missouri. Melva considers herself a Vacation Bible School enthusiast enjoying ministering to children and seeing the gospel light in their eyes. Bob Entwhistle

has served in various churches throughout Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio and New Jersey ranging in size from 200 to 1400 in attendance.  He ministered as a youth pastor, associate pastor, small group pastor as well as a children and family life pastor.  He served as a children's pastor for over 15 years.  His largest VBS program ministered to over 400 children.  He currently is involved in the children's ministry at Lifesong Church, East campus, in Worcester, Ma.  Contact:


Joel Flaugher

is a Regional Representative for Upward Sports and enjoys helping leaders see the potential of using sport to connect with the community.  He has coached and officiated basketball, football and soccer for 10 years, as well as being an Upward Sports league director at his home church in West Chester, Ohio.  Someday he would like to own his own Indy Car race team and race in the Indianapolis 500.  Contact:


Janiss Fowler

serves as the mid-week Children's Director at First Baptist Church, Manchester, CT and as Preschool/Children’s specialist with the Baptist Convention of New England.  Janiss is passionate about kids and teachers.  She has taught children of every age in just about every ministry from birth through sixth grade and has been blessed to serve in leadership roles. As a consultant, she loves gathering with teachers and leaders, hearing their journeys and exploring ideas and techniques that will further equip them in their calling in the local church.  Janiss enjoys photography in her spare time.  Contact:



Brian Haynes

serves as Lead Pastor of Bay Area Church in League City, Texas.  His passion is to help people, families, and churches thrive for the glory of Christ and the expansion of His kingdom.  Brian is the creator of the Legacy Milestones strategy designed to inseparably link church and home to equip the generations. He is married to his high school sweetheart Angela and they have three daughters, Hailey, Madelyn, and Eden.  Brian is a graduate of Baylor University, Southwestern Seminary, and Liberty Theological Seminary where he earned a Doctor of Ministry for his work in discipleship and family ministry.  He is the author of three books, Relentless Parenting: The Crucial Pursuit of Your Teen’s Heart, Shift: What it Takes to Finally Reach Families Today, The Legacy Path: Discover Intentional Spiritual Parenting as well as a contributor to Collaborate: Family+Church edited by Michael Chanley.


Patti Lake

is the Pastor of Children’s Ministries at the Kidz Faith Zone, Faith Church in Auburn, MA. An Early Childhood Music Specialist, Patti holds certifications in Music Together, Musikgarten, and Orff pedagogies. She studied Music Education and Performance at UMass Lowell, and Early Childhood Education at Eastern Nazarene College. She was the founder and former owner of The Joyful Noise Project, is a classically trained French horn player, and plays in several symphony orchestras. She absolutely loves to direct children’s theatre and is a VBS junkie! Pastor Patti lives in Shrewsbury with her beloved Mr. Brian. Kelleigh Maisonet

graduated from Worcester State College in 2013 with a dual degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology.  She is currently working in the Webster School system and is pursuing her master’s degree in Moderate Special Needs, pursuing Special Education teaching licensure.  Kelleigh began a special needs ministry at Faith Church, Auburn, Massachusetts.  The church offers a special need’s sensory classroom, one-on-one buddies, specialized curriculum, Sunday School IEPs and inclusion settings.  



Ron Mills

works closely in the area of Lay Leadership Development with the Baptist Convention of New England.  He also serves as a member of the Ministry & Multiplication Team that provides conferences and customized trained to churches throughout New England.  He is an active member at Island Pond Baptist Church in Hampstead, New Hampshire.  He and his wife, Robin, have two grown children and enjoy spending time with their three beautiful granddaughters.  Contact:



Mayra Nater

moved to the United States in 2002 and 2006, Mayra’s husband was called to plant churches through the Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware.  Mayra has been hand to hand with her husband walking from house to house, inviting people and sharing the Gospel.  She continued serving in the music ministry, in worship and Bible teachings, while carrying out her full time secular job responsibilities. In Maryland and now in New England, God has also used Mayra in workshops and training for women, youth, and children’s leaders.  Contact:



Andy Needham

is a devoted champion for the local church, He is a connector and catalyst for ministry leaders. He is the visionary behind Greenhouse training events that encourage and equip church volunteers. Kim Potter-Smith

serves as the Children's Ministry leader at Friendship Baptist Church, Brimfield, MA.  Kim has been involved in Vacation Bible School for 13 years and is an active volunteer for youth ministries.  Kim is passionate about bringing families to Christ through the hearts of their children! Kim and her husband live in Sturbridge, MA with their four children.  Their home has been a haven for troubled teens and specialized foster cared over the past 10 years and they have adopted 2 children from this ministry.
